JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in Glass Installations:Support experienced glaziers in the installation and replacement of glass and windows.
Learn and apply proper techniques for measuring, cutting, and installing glass.
Material Preparation:Assist in the preparation of materials, including cutting glass and assembling frames.
Ensure all tools and equipment are ready for use.
Safety Compliance:Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and accident-free work environment.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
On-the-Job Learning:Learn and develop skills related to glass types, window systems, and industry best practices.
Take direction and guidance from experienced glazing professionals.
Customer Interaction:Interact professionally with clients and customers as directed.
Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

No previous experience required; willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
Basic understanding of construction or willingness to acquire basic construction knowledge.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
Eagerness to develop skills in glass installation and glazing techniques.
Strong work ethic and reliability.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction.
