**M&T Glass Payment and Refund Policy**
At M&T Glass, we are committed to providing you with high-quality custom glass products and exceptional service. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding payments and refunds, please review our payment and refund policy outlined below:
Payment Terms:
– Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work commences on your custom glass order. This deposit is essential to secure materials, initiate production, and schedule installation.
– Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total invoice amount is due upon the completion of the glass installation. We will notify you promptly when the installation is complete and provide instructions for the final payment.
Refund Policy:
– Custom Nature of Orders: Please note that the majority of our glass products are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the unique nature of each order and the inability to resell custom products, refunds can only be issued under specific circumstances.
– Deposit Refunds: We will consider refunding your deposit if, for any reason, we fail to deliver the custom glass products within six months from the date of the initial deposit, except for specialty orders.
– Specialty Orders: For specialty orders that may require additional time or unique materials, the refund window extends to one year from the date of the initial deposit. We understand the specialized nature of these orders and aim to accommodate your specific requirements.
Cancellation Policy:
– Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours of making the initial deposit. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted, as materials and production processes will have been initiated.
Credit Card on File:
– To facilitate smooth payment processing and ensure timely payments, we typically require customers to provide a valid credit card on file. Your credit card information will be securely stored, and we will only charge it in accordance with the payment terms outlined in this policy.
– Rest assured that your credit card information will be handled with the utmost security and confidentiality, and we will take all necessary precautions to protect your sensitive data.
Contact us:
– For any questions, concerns, or to discuss your specific order and payment arrangements, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you and provide further information on our policies.
Disclaimer:
– M&T Glass reserves the right to modify this payment and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our customers in a timely manner.
