At M&T Glass, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

In some cases, refunds may be issued, subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.

Standard Returns: Customers may return standard items within 30 days of purchase, provided they have the original receipt and the item is in its original condition.

Restocking Fee: In some cases, M&T Glass may accept returns beyond the 30-day period; however, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customer Responsibility: M&T Glass is not responsible for any customer items left at our facility for more than 30 days. Items left beyond this period may be discarded or become ineligible for return.
